How do I book a property?

Simply browse our listings, select your dates and number of guests, and book directly with the property manager. No account is required to browse, but you will need one to complete a booking.

Are there any fees for guests?

No. StayHereMate charges zero booking fees and zero service fees to guests. The price you see on the listing is the price you pay.

How does pricing work for property managers?

Property managers pay a simple monthly subscription starting at $49/month. There are no commissions and no per-booking fees. You keep 100% of your booking revenue.
